Cell Phones should not be allowed at any poker table, not only blackjack.  There is so much
going on now with taking someone's picture without them knowing it and putting it on the internet.

Also, the graveyard shift at Indian Bend poker room is incompetent, rude, and absolutely
crude.   That includes the shift managers, the dealers.  What a difference when the day crew comes on.  Do they realize that the players pay their salary?

Why are they taking these pictures?  The majority of the pictures I have seen taken in a poker room are of someone and their big stack, nothing to do with taking someone elses picture.  We have a few pictures in threads as well...

what are you afraid of if someone takes your picture?

Good luck banning cellphones on the tables, if it did happen watch the exodus to a room that allows them, a complete ban wont happen.

As far as graveyard, blanket statements like that really don't hold any water to most.
Be specific if you have an issue, what happened?

Sorry to hear that you were no happy with the service on graveyard.  I hope that we can do a better job in the future.

Yeah, I have to agree with you on the bad service on graveyard.  THe midget shift supervisor is a rude, unprofessional dude that I have ever dealt with.  We were playing 6 handed for about 2 hours but one player wasn't there the whole time.  We didn't bother to call the floor since there wasn't anyone one the board.  We saw Steve, shift supervisor, walking by the table and one of the players on the table asked him if we could get a rake reduction.  He just replied " no" and walked away.  I think the action was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional to the players since he didn't care much about the game or the players. We all looked each other at the table and laughed.  Immediately about 2 hands later, we decided that we all quit and went home.  In my opinion, the game broke because of the shift supervisor's rude action to the players.  He could have explained to the players why he couldn't have given a rake  reduction.  Instead, He just gave a simple reply "no" and walked away.  I hope the poker-room manager/director can get this message and start doing a servey about graveyard this rude shift supervisor.  I have talked to a number of players and they all agreed with me that the supervisor was out of line and often acts unprofessionally to the players.  If the bad service continues to occur in the poker room, I think I will be less likely to play on grave...thank you for reading this.

In my opinion, in the state of today's job market and economy, no employee of any company should feel the job security to be rude to a customer or to do their job poorly.  There is a long line of people willing to do their job with proficiancy and enthusiasm.

I am really sorry you got such service.  Sorry this took so long to reply but it has been awhile since I have checked my old posts.  I can unfortunately offer you little in the way of an apology, as right now I am just a lowly dealer and not in a position to do much about things, although I am hoping we do make some changes soon.  Thanks for playing and I hope we can improve the situation in the future...
