Big Stack $40,000 Guaranteed This Coming Saturday

Hello all,

Im new to this forum and have ventured up to Casino AZ from Tucson several times over the past few years.

I am interested in playing in the Big Stack, $300+30 buyin tourny this coming saturday and was looking for some more info on it, so hopefully someone can help. 


First, Is this tourny for sure taking place on Saturday?

- Will it sell out?
- If so, what day will I need to buy/reserve my seat for it by?  Can I only due this by going all the way up to Scottsdale? If I plan to buy my ticket Fri night do you think I will for sure get a seat?
- How is the structure overall?
- How is the overall competition?

No-Limit H/E Tournaments 2008 March 22nd, May 10th, Sept. 20th, Nov 22nd 10:00 A.M. $300 Buy-in + $30 Service fee
$8000 in tournament chips (Limited to 300 Entries) Sign-ups begin Monday Previous to tournament 12:00 Noon Main poker cage

I'd say you call first 1-480-850-7777 to see if entries are still available and hightail it up and get an entry. I think you need to purchase in person. or you could always buy an entry from a scalper, unless they put a stop to that. I played in the state championship with an entry I won in a satellite, it was in anothers guy name but they were ok with it, times may have changed though

I will also be playing in this event, I could really use a nice big score.  I might have to make a detour up there tomorrow evening to make sure I get a seat.
