Currently:

Floor: Nada, since I'm just grinding 5-150 and I don't think there's any real game selection there. I will start when I move up though
Dealer: $1/pot, $5/stacking a villain
Cage: $2/winning session
Valet: $5 always

You guys?

I never valet, so don't know.  I tip the dealer $1 on 80% of the hands.  The small pots I win preflop or a limped pot I win on the flop get nothing, and if it is a bigger pot, anywhere from $2 to $5, depending on how I feel.  I usually tip the floor $5 every other session, and the cage $1 almost always when I cash out...

For table games, I usually go $5/dealer for competant dealing.

5/150 I usually go $1 per won pot, sometimes more if a larger one.  I think the most I've given for a single pot is $4.

I rarely tip the cage unless I have a huge cash or am asking for some specific billage.

Tournaments I usually tip 5-10% for any final table cash under 1K.  Over that, the percents are slightly lower although I still do 5% if I win.  Also, sometimes we will work out a deal where the dealer tip is arranged as part of it.

I usually tip $1 per drink, 20-30% for food.  I don't use valet.

I am yet to tip the floor.

i'll tip $1 per pot, if I'm ahead, sometimes more, and depending on if the dealer has cold decked me or not. always tip at least $1 for drinks and about $3 for food. I don't tip the floor and tipped $1 for valet parking each way in the past
