Don't know if anyone saw this, but since it has to do with poker, I will post it here.  I am not into politics at all, so I will not be commenting on that part of the article.

Interesting to see that someone is actually openly challenging the statues.
There are plenty of rooms around that claim to be legal, and probablly are not.
...i would guess, that as a retired judge,  Mr Rose has the wherewithal and knowledge of the laws to have determined the best course in order to make this fight winnable.

Who knows.  If it comes to pass that poker is in fact allowable, things could change drastically for rooms like CAZ.
