I was 0 for 3 in checking out last week.

With all the proven systems in place elsewhere, it's amazing that they came up with this one.

Hello ,

Thank you for contacting Casino Arizona.  For every dollar you play when you use the Player's card in slots or on the table games and Keno, you earn one point.  New members are given 2100 new member points.  You can use the points towards meals in any of our restaurants or accumulate the points on your card to cash out at 5,000 points for $10.   Many of our guests will let the points build up then cash out for more money.  For more information, you can pick up a brochure that explains other benefits at the Player's Rewards Club at either location.

Here is the information regarding the Poker point system.    Have a great day!

Bally CMP Points:  Players with Player Rewards Cards will be able to obtain 100 points in Bally CMP for every hour of play.  In order for players to obtain the 100 points, they must register for Games using their Player Rewards Cards, continue play every 4 hours of continuous play, and check out before leaving the Poker Room for the day.  If a player fails to continue play or check out before leaving, the player forfeits their points.

-              Meal Vouchers:  Players with Player Rewards Cards will receive a meal voucher for every 8 hours of play.  The system will automatic print out meal vouchers when a player has played 8 consecutive hours of play.  At this point and time, the system does not print out meal vouchers when a player obtain cumulative 8 hours of play (ie. 8 hours obtained over several days).  As a work around, the Poker Room Shift supervisors currently are handwriting meal vouchers for qualified players.

-              SMS text message: Players with Player Rewards Cards can receive text messages from the Poker Room Manager notify them to see the Board Person or when their table is ready.  This is one time setup in their Player Detail in the Poker Room Manager application.

The one thing i learned about the 4 hour window...you must re-swipe BEFORE you reach the 4 hour mark or the system kicks you out, then if you reswipe you are just starting over.

An Update on the comp system details:
Ive confirmed that food voucher will now be good for 5 days before it expires.
Additionally, along with receiving the food voucher for every 8 hours of play, players will receive 100 "players club points" per hour of play.

I worked last night and the system worked fine aside from the fact that a few of the Kiosks are offline.
Floor and Board people actually came around to each table and gathered people players cards to make sure they got logged in properly.

The down time you may be seeing is not necessarily a failure of the system but rather downtime while they test and implement changes.
Rather than add a bunch of changes THEN test the system, they tweak it a bit , then test it, once that is working then they add the next change. Good logic, easy to troubleshoot.

You'll notice ( if you haven't already) a change in the alert board for service/chips/floor, instead of separate boards for each "call", the board lights up with a D(drinks) C(chips) or an F (Floor) with the table number in a font size that is large enough to see from across the room,  a HUGE improvement.  I know they will be working on the contrast/color ( black on green now) of the board in the future as well.

Nidociv,

I am NOT happy either about the promised rewards system but, I have seen this EXACT same reward system in play at OCEANS 11 and, it works flawlessly!!!  This is the best run, friendliest room in the country and the floor people LOVe the Ameranth system.

Hang in there, they will fiqure it out. (really your only choice)

the new TVs are a big asset, gives the room a much better feel, it seemed to blank and empty before, though there they could stand to add more character to the empty wall space.

I was there Wednesday afternoon when it was announced by one of the floor guys with some exuberance  ( thanks for all your patience , loyal customer, yada yada) the system was up and running

Within a minute the board person THEN announced that in fact non of the swipe points in the room worked and we had to swipe in and out at the front machine only.

Went back today, system isnt working.

What exactly is the issue folks?  Its been almost a year.  it seems as if this system has been proven to be a failure, time to move on.  Gilas system was down for a while when it first opened ( it didnt take them a year to get it running), and it has worked fine since.

They got the other 3 over on the left wall running yesterday as well, the addition of the six TV's in the back and the three along the left  really does change the feel of the room( in a good way), actually add a little ambient light as well.

The new comp system started yesterday( Wednesday) in the afternoon.

The facts as i know them now:
Players will receive a $5 meal voucher for every 8 hours of play. The voucher is printed automatically at 8 hours at the front board. You will have 48 hours to use it, then it expires.
You cannot "stack" vouchers.
Vouchers are good ONLY in the poker room.
You cannot give the vouchers away OR sell them, you must present your players club card with the voucher to the server. (Your name is on the voucher)
Vouchers cannot be used for alcohol.

From your initial swipe in , you will need to re-swipe again within 4 hours from the last swipe and hit the "continuous play" button that appears in order to continue accumulating hours.  If you don't, you will be automatically logged out of the system and you loose those previous 4 hours.

Players are 100 % responsible for swiping in and out at appropriate times. there is NO ONE in the casino that can override the system and "fix" missed hours because you forgot to swipe for "continuous play".

Just swipe the machine when you take a short break within the 4 hours.

You WILL get credit for tournament play
