I haven't yet, and with 1/2 spread limit now at the casinos, no reason to IMO.

The reasons I go to the "independent clubs" is location, I have to drive by like 5 clubs on my way to CAZ, so if there are good games there its mostly a distance thing.

I used to play at a club that offered 4/8 and 8/16 full mix (probably around 20 games in the mix) with overs.  It was nice to play live low limit mixed games for practice but the place is not around any more.

I enjoy playing at a few of the clubs in town. They tend to spread some fun games and take no rake. For instance last night we played omaha hi 5-10 which was amazing. Pineapple a few weeks ago and this weekend we will be playing chinese poker at poker nation. Its exciting and the crowd is pretty easy in my opinion

It sounds as though most of you would play at the independent clubs mostly because of the variety of games they offer.  I understand, given most long-time players of growing tired of holdem and more holdem.  Maybe the time is right to create some other games!?
