Leave it to me to not read about this until about 12 hours too late. How many runners showed up for it?

I would optimistically set the over under at 30. If you are going to play optimally, you need to be willing to drop $1k into the tourney, and this is a very rarely played game.
It was 32 total.
Paid top 6 i believe.
One of the non regular 2-7 players won it, none of the regular 2-7 players even placed from what i saw.

I was one of the original 3-draw players there like 8 years ago, but I quit going after they capped the games @ 75-150 in '03, and just stuck to playing online and in LA. I might come back more frequently now that the cap has been bumped. Liquor-store Sam and Andy(Hamid) were both semi-regular players back then as well. I didn't know the other 3 guys.
Does anybody have the prizewinners list?
JG
Somehow I missed it was a rebuy tournament...don't think I would have played it after all, too much to spend on one tournament for now for me
