"accidentally" overheard a conversation this morning, they had heard a couple nights earlier that Phoenix Greyhound Park is trying( very likely) to get a poker room and that they have also petitioned the state for slot machines.

No details, but I would think if I was them, I would look into getting electronic tables, since the dealer dealt games market is pretty saturated.
There is a front page article on the may 8th issue of the Phoenix Business Journal that says the state is considering letting the tribes add Craps and Roulette tables in order to boost revenue. In that same article is talks about the possibility of allowing the tracks to add tables games and slots.
so it seems there s a possibility it could happen, but it seems like it is still in the beginning stages.
