I think I received $100.00 less than I should have at the cashier but I didn't notice it until I got home today.  What happens when the cage has too much money, would it ever be possible to figure out?

I have seen them time and time again approach people about being overpaid at the cage and asking for the money back, or they can have a lifetime ban.  I would approach the cage and ask for a cage supervisor, and state your case with as much detail as you have.  If you remember when you cashed out and the number of racks or what not, and what you thought you were paid, they should have tape of this.

The sooner the better obviously.

It cant hurt to ask, approach the cage and ask for a supervisor, tell them what you think happened, what window and when, and see what they do.  the sooner the better i would think.
Stranger things have happened !

Mistakes are sometimes made and if you can provide detail, name of cashier, time, amount, etc., the cage should have a record of that cashiers balance for the day.  It the cashier was over by $100, it will be a no brainer to give your dough back.  See the supervisor Charles if possible.

I was underpaid $100 once and realized it when I got to the car. It took them a while to look things over, but about 45 mins later I got my money.

I have also seen one of the foor supervisors follow up when one of the regulars was underpaid and he got his money several days later. I hope you brought this to their attention with enough time.

I contacted Casino Arizona via their Twitter account (@CasinoArizona) and they gave me an email address of someone who looked into the underpayment for me.

After a day or so I got an email reply saying "The Cage checked and there was no drawer variance over the last few days from the Poker Cage".

If the money wasn't at the cage I probably dropped it in the parking garage when I got my keys out of my pocket.

I never found the money and I am 100% sure I am missing it since I keep track of my poker sessions, so I'm guessing someone found $100.00 in the parking garage... oh well.

Your original post was almost two weeks ago, are you sure they checked the correct date span?  You may want to clarify the date(s) perhaps they didn't check far enough back?
