Where would I get information on Jackpots that are offered during live games at Casino Arizona?

I am fairly new to poker - have had some luck at tournaments.  Was trying my luck/strategy at a live game a few days ago (no time to play through the tournament and thought it might be fun).

During a particular hand - I bet the turn card (I had Aces full of Queens) and the gentleman in the hand with me folded, but was annoyed that I didn't check down with him (I could tell the dealer agreed with him) - because of a jackpot possibility?

I am enjoying the game - and the people, so if anyone can help me figure out this poker etiquette mistake I made and this jackpot thing, please do!

I think the information you are looking for may be how to "play" for a jackpot?
I would say this first...you didn't do anything wrong.

MOST of the time when someone gives you a hard time about betting out on a possible jackpot board, they are just mad because they wanted a free draw.
Your answer to them in this situation could be something along the lines of "If you folded a possible jackpot hand for $6 ( or $12,18,24) then you are the one who made the mistake mathematically":
The minimum jackpot amount is $7500, even considering the split, their "pot odds" would be correct to make any call( in the limit fixed games for the most part)

There ARE time when a bet is essential:
For instance the board reads AAA j 8
you hold AQ for the top end of 4 aces with a queen kicker:
player 2 has pocket 10's which qualifies HIM for the jackpot..aces full of 10's
BUT
Player 3  has KJ ..so he has aces full of jacks,  if one of the first two players does not bet, the KJ cannot fold( in the presense of a jackpot possible board, all active hands at showdown are revealed). Player 3  has aces full of JACKS (which beats the 10's knocking them out of contention for the jackpot) BUT HIS kicker( the king is the sixth card) does not not play which disqualifies him from the jackpot and "kills" the jackpot for the others at the table.
Either the AQ or 10 10 HAS to bet/raise here to drive the KJ to FOLD and not be part of the showdown.

Generally speaking, play your hand as if there was not jack pot and you were just trying to maximize the win and you will be fine.

So if you have the KJ, and the AQ bets, you call, and TT calls, then if AQ shows, can you muck your hand face down?

No, the KJ cannot muck face down.  Any hand that is fully vested in the pot MUST be exposed at showdown when there is a jackpot possibility( AAA on board).
As soon as threes aces appear on board, the dealer stops the action and calls a floorperson.
Once the floor has arrived the action resumes, this is to assure that procedure is followed correctly to the showdown.
Tapes are also reviewed to look for inconsistencies.
