Verified last night, the dealers were saying the hotel finally passed inspection and was open in the afternoon. 
Another player said that it was only a few floors at the moment until they can get it staffed up correctly.

Yeah, was in last night and heard it's basically up and running along with the spa. 

This will obv be +ev for the games in the near future as one blackjack dealer said to me, they will start hosting conventions, conferences, etc pretty soon.  I mean, think of how much dead money is gonna wander in the room the next time a boatload of business men or a whole city of Ohio State fan's come to town?  Prob a few months away, when it gets cooler, but should be good.
