A person by the name of Dennis Leong is "taking over the reigns" so to speak at Casino Arizona as CEO.

I wonder what the details are of the almost "mass exodus" of some of the top management which include

Jon Jenkins -  President and CEO
Russ Burbank - Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President
Jay Mullen - Vice President - Sales & Marketing, CMO

Why are all these guys leaving ? Talking Stick is/was supposed to be the start of a great new venture for the Tribe...

I wonder what will change with the new CEO.

Im very sorry to say that nothing, including a new CEO, will help this new greedy, cost-cutting, penny-pinching regime that now permeates all levels of management.

This casino has gone from one of the very best places to work and play to an absolute horror show.

Believe me, the employees are more dissappointed then the players.  They are just now allowed to express it.

it sounds to me like any "regime" that was "permeating" anything may be getting diluted somewhat, it will be interesting to see if there are any obvious changes.
When does this new guy take over?

I spoke with one of the poker room employees last night who told me about some very bad changes that have been made that has a lot of employees upset.

I can't really go into it in detail out of respect for the employee but this employee has been there for a while and is very unhappy with some of the changes and has a lot of reason to feel that way after what I heard last night.

Hopefully they figure it out and turn this thing around. It has so much potential.

It would be interesting to hear what those changes are..i cant see how revealing the content would be disrespectful to the employee and if a lot of them are upset you wouldn't be "outing" anyone in particular if you did.

I wonder if these changes that have made "many of the employees upset"  has anything to do with the playing dealers?
One of the dealers told ME that they have been informed..."Work, play or go home, but there will be no more "hanging out" and milking the clock".  Apparently it was being abused.
Doesn't seem unreasonable, though i can see what they would be upset if they couldn't do it anymore.

I think AACK is right. That is the only REALLY new rule that I have heard of.
